Elder and Wiser

Description

Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon (I used Buffalo Trace)
1 oz St Germain Elderflower
2 oz Fresh Apple Juice (I went to a local farm to pick Pink Lady apples - sweeter variation)

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add cracked ice. Whip shake. Double strain over a clear ice cube in a double old fashion (DOF). Garnish and balance the fan on the ice cube and the rim.
