1.5 oz Plantation OFTD Overproof Dark Rum
1 oz Lime Juice Dark
1oz Simple Syrup

Method

Shake the ingredients with ice.

Step. 2 Double-strain into a thoroughly chilled coupe glass.

To make dark simple syrup, bring 1 part dark sugar (demerara, turbinado, brown) and 1 part water to a simmer on low heat and let cool.
