5-10 fresh mint leaves
6 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Passion Fruit Syrup
2 oz. or 60 ml. Gin (Tanqueray)
Method
Step. 1 Rim a glass with sugar
Step. 2 Build in shaker
Step. 3 Add ice and shake
Step. 4 Strain into glass
Step. 5 Garnish with mint
