The Trolley Problem

Description

I wanted a classic Cable Car, but I never keep spiced rum on hand. So I zeroed in on the two strongest flavors of the likes of Captain Morgan/ Sailor Jerry with what I did have around for tiki cocktails. Great results, figured I'd share for others who are in the same ethical predicament. Pull the lever and make the Trolley Problem. Cheers!

Ingredients

50 ml // 1 2/3 oz gold rum
30 ml // 1 oz dry curaçao
20 ml // 2/3 oz lemon juice
5 ml //
1 tsp cinnamon syrup
2 dash vanilla bitters

Method

Shake with ice.
Double strain, serving up in a glass prepared with a cinnamon-sugar rim.
Garnish with an orange twist.
